All intellectual property rights in TheBiz platform, trademarks, and related content belong to TheBiz or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials.
TheBiz is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notices on the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
